IF YOU DO NOT WANT US TO SUBSTITUTE A FLOWER YOU MUST CALL US DIRECTLY....Please, Do not place your order on line!!!! Call the studio and speak directly with our design team.
If a substitution is required due to season floral availability, we MAY replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different florals are not available due to our changing seasons in CANADA...
Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. For example, the white open lilies in the photos are usually not available and thus we substitute with hydrangeas or Garden Roses or Gorgeous Gagarin which are three times the cost of a basic lily and at no extra charge to your order. When we substitute we always upgrade the florals and make the design more beautiful. IF YOU DO NOT WANT A SUBSTITUTION YOU MUST CALL US AT THE FLORAL STUDIO TO PLACE YOUR ORDER......
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
Our luxury hand tied bouquets include premium flowers such as garden roses, spray roses, snapdragons, lisi, hydrangeas, peonies (when in season), ranunculus (when in season) eucalyptus, to create a stunning piece to be presented to that special someone.... wrapped in fine French fabric and satin ribbons, colour of wrap and ribbon will vary as the designers like creative freedom to match flowers to wrap. **The colours in this bouquet will vary between hot pink light, pink peach, soft, purple, and white.** Will NOT look exactly as the photo ...... similar yes:) A perfect graduation bouquet..... If you'd like specific colours please note that in the special instructions or give us a call directly.
