If a substitution is required due to season floral availability, we MAY replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different florals are not available due to our changing seasons in CANADA...

Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. For example, the white open lilies in the photos are usually not available and thus we substitute with hydrangeas or Garden Roses or Gorgeous Gagarin which are three times the cost of a basic lily and at no extra charge to your order. When we substitute we always upgrade the florals and make the design more beautiful. IF YOU DO NOT WANT A SUBSTITUTION YOU MUST CALL US AT THE FLORAL STUDIO TO PLACE YOUR ORDER......

Floral and Plant Substitutions

For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
