IF YOU DO NOT WANT US TO SUBSTITUTE A FLOWER YOU MUST CALL US DIRECTLY....Please, Do not place your order on line!!!! Call the studio and speak directly with our design team.

If a substitution is required due to season floral availability, we MAY replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different florals are not available due to our changing seasons in CANADA...

Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. For example, the white open lilies in the photos are usually not available and thus we substitute with hydrangeas or Garden Roses or Gorgeous Gagarin which are three times the cost of a basic lily and at no extra charge to your order.
