Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. For example, the white open lilies in the photos are usually not available and thus we substitute with hydrangeas or Garden Roses or Gorgeous Gagarin which are three times the cost of a basic lily and at no extra charge to your order. When we substitute we always upgrade the florals and make the design more beautiful. IF YOU DO NOT WANT A SUBSTITUTION YOU MUST CALL US AT THE FLORAL STUDIO TO PLACE YOUR ORDER......
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
All European Handtied designs are custom and will vary in style and color’s depending on the season and what flowers are available. The photo inserted is the “Best” option and a SUMMER floral design.”
FALL: harvest blooms will include a few of the following, sunflowers, dahlias, sedum, roses, snapdragons, thistle, bunny tails, pampas grasses in fall sunset colours and hues...
SPRING: blooms will include a few of the following blooms, (not all) tulips, roses, snapdragons, hydrangeas, lisianthus and if we have ranunculus in the studio we will add those as well. Colours will be pastels and softs yellow and greens.....
WINTER: willl include winter greens, garden roses, berries, hydrangeas, snapdragons, cremone, colours will be soft whites, creams and taupes as well as greens and hues of pink and peach....
Our European-inspired hand-tied bouquets are handcrafted by our master designers using only the finest and freshest seasonal blossoms. These fine blossoms are all gathered whimsically and hand-tied (with satin, chiffon, and/or French lace ribbons), wrapped in our Italian-sleeved fabrics and/or organic kraft papers.
We only use the finest of florals to create these exquisite designs such as our premium roses, garden roses, seasonal blooms as ranunculus, orchids, peonies, anemones, dahlias, poppies, snapdragons, astilbe, and lush tropical foliages.
