If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, All you need to do is notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will require photos of what was received and we will contact you with our findings. We take great pride in each and every floral design we send out and follow the exact stem count shown and always put in a few extra blooms on us to make it bigger and better. The photo can NEVER look exactly as shown because flowers are natural and take their own unique shape and cannot take on an exact form.
